web first class, LLC WTF?? Unauthorized charge on my CC

WTF?? Does anyone have any further info on this company?

WEB FIRST CLASS LLC 202-640-2764 it's a relatively small charge, 12.95, but still, who knows what else they'll charge. I have NO idea where they got my info. I recently bought a domain with a new registrar, but I used paypal, so I dont know how they would have gotten my CC # ![]()

Ayla_SquareTurtle, hit up the 800# on the back of your card. Say you want to dispute the $12.95 charge because it was not an authorized purchase. Most likely they will give you a temporary credit for $12.95 while they process the chargeback which may take a few weeks. If you are sure that charge isn't yours, you shouldn't even bother with trying to contact the merchant. You should also request a new card and number.

LOL. I read that on the news! It said at least 45.7 million customer information have been compromised. Whoever their InfoSec chief is... if they have one, better have started looking in their classifieds already. |

don't be lazy and call them, if you are asked to leave a message ask them to contact at your email address within 2 days or you will be going to dispute the transaction.

No credit card processor likes to face chargeback, i am sure they will contact you.
