Ayla_SquareTurtle, hit up the 800# on the back of your card. Say you want to dispute the $12.95 charge because it was not an authorized purchase. Most likely they will give you a temporary credit for $12.95 while they process the chargeback which may take a few weeks. If you are sure that charge isn't yours, you shouldn't even bother with trying to contact the merchant. You should also request a new card and number.

LOL. I read that on the news! It said
at least 45.7 million customer information have been compromised. Whoever their InfoSec chief is... if they have one, better have started looking in their classifieds already.
