One other note, that may be the source of the email issues...

If you are emailing us at webmaster@ instead of our new addresses (sales, support, matt, omar, etc) there is a good chance the mail is never making it to us. We've used webmaster@ for over 5 years now and the spam load is so high its almost impossible to make sure we are not missing any email.\

Trust me, we don't want to miss your email, but I don't mind explaining what the problem could be.

If you really need me, email me at matt AT rshservices DOT com as that address comes to my cell phone.

I hope this helps. I am here for anyone that needs me :-)
