dont you guys ever answer emails from people that need help ???

i sent a lot of emails to you guys asking for help for months and i never get a answer

I'm not quite sure where, or to whom you have been sending your emails to, but I can a sure you that I take pride in giving the best Customer service I can possibly give, and so do the rest of our staff. I have not received any your emails yet, but if there is anything I can help you with feel free to hit me up on ICQ, and I will do my best to resolve your problem, and that goes for any other webmasters we have here. If there is an issue that you have had problems with, and it has not been resolved for one reason or another feel free to contact me, and I will do everything I can to satisfy your needs.

One other note, that may be the source of the email issues...

If you are emailing us at webmaster@ instead of our new addresses (sales, support, matt, omar, etc) there is a good chance the mail is never making it to us. We've used webmaster@ for over 5 years now and the spam load is so high its almost impossible to make sure we are not missing any email.\

Trust me, we don't want to miss your email, but I don't mind explaining what the problem could be.
