I guess we will not get answers to these questions??????????
Then please explain this.......... 1). Why was I not sent some sort of notification of epassporte's intention to take action and move my money because it was not used or to check and see if I wanted the account closed? Epassporte has all my contact information, there is no excuise for not contacting me, execpt that no one gave a rats ass and just decided to do what ever they wanted with my money. 3). Where on epassportes web site, does it state monies will be safeguarded if not used within 120 days???? 4). Why is it that I have to wait 3 days for epassporte to move the money back? The money should have been transferred to my account when I called. What is so hard about moving my money back....again...this is not rocket science.

Well here is an update. even though I have problems with epassporte, I have to load funds and pay people I owe. We seemed to have a glitch and was notified to call customer service......which does not exist.....so after a 45 minute wait, I hear a click and I get cut off.......

I have made my decision and I have had enough of epassportes' unprofessional acts, crummy customer service and the lack of caring about fucking with my money, which they know what you did with it.
I have commitments with clients to pay bills I owe for work done and all there seems to be is problems. I have had nothing but problems since I opened an account with epassporte. I would pay these individuals via another payment system, but epass is all they take...so consider it fucking over myself, and others as well. I happen to care about my reputation unlike your company [epassporte]. I do not have time for epassportes' shit anymore. If need be, I will place a link to every thread that comes up about epassporte, linked to this thread, UNTIL I GET ANSWERS TO THE QUESTION'S I ASKED.....I will bump this every day until I can't bump it any more. Some one in this dog and pony show must be in charge, anyone incharge care to have balls and stand up to the plate......answer some questions....after that I will decide where to take this situation next....your choice I am not going away until you answer the questions Answer the fucking questions

This could happen to any epassporte customer; it's just a matter of time. I recently read threads where customers were having money problems with epassporte and said the same thing you have said here....guess what; I am in their shoes now.
And if you have any problems, then count one receiving lousy customer service and excuses that are hard to believe. So, if you have any money in your account, I would highly recommend removing it. This company can not be trusted to handle/manage customer’s money….plain and simple

What ever they have done is wrong and they know it. I still don’t have my funds back. I am sure it is because of the weekend. This gives them time to change the TOS on the site while trying to find my money.
I have already taken screen shots of the site so making any sneaky changes will not work. These people need to take me seriously. I am not going to fuck around much more. After that I am going to light a fire on this situation and then they can answer to higher up. Like I said prior, life is about to become very uncomfortable for them.

that's really not cool of a 'business' to do that to the people that support it it really sucks when we are forced to rely on people like this i've had some problems with them too it's a pain in the ass to get anything done and boy do they take their sweet time when they have your money they suck it out from under you before you even know it's gone but then it's a career move to get things done i know you'll get your money back but i'm sorry you had to be so stressed out about it you'd think with all the money flying around the internet there would be a reliable source we could trust with our monies thanks for posting nikki at least now other people will understand what they are up to |
