well to be fair the only rep on gfy is michael i believe and he does a great job helping people with problems.. sure i would like to see more transparency but he is just doing the job he is told, he doesnt make the decisions , just passes along the info.. Hopefully he will pass our concerns on to those above him and hopefully they act on them..
