This could happen to any epassporte customer; it's just a matter of time. I recently read threads where customers were having money problems with epassporte and said the same thing you have said here....guess what; I am in their shoes now.
And if you have any problems, then count one receiving lousy customer service and excuses that are hard to believe.
So, if you have any money in your account, I would highly recommend removing it. This company can not be trusted to handle/manage customer’s money….plain and simple
