Eden, Neville's "Foreign Secretary" as well as his "Head of State" Benes resigned before and were and against the Munich Agreement, why did Neville go against his own people to side with Hitler?

Benes was president of Czechoslovakia.
And UK and France sold Czechoslovakia to Hitler.

Munich was the ultimate British diplomatic disaster.
The best time to stop Hitler was a rhineland.the second best was munich. Germans would face minimum of three armies french,Czech and british.with bit of luck the other allies of Czechoslovaks would come in to play as well (Yugoslavia and Romania and maybe even Russia). Now Czechs had at that time very capable army, well fortified borders and very good armaments industry. Mobilized Czechoslovakia had 300 000
troops at the border with Germany.Czech tanks were better than the German. Also the front line would be in the mountains.Mountains are not very high but still difficult for a army to pass if as it was the case the defenders hold the high ground and are well fortified.czech air force had very skilled pilots and planes of reasonable quality.(and i do recommend seeing the DARK BLUE WORLD movie)so i am pretty sure that had the British and french stuck to their guns and put their foot down the Hitler would not fight not in 1938. Hitler would be denied access to Czech armament industry and Czech arms and would decently not be ready to start the war when he did.

In 1938, german army was not strong and had to really on horses for most of its transport.its tanks were very light panzers 1 and 2,and even these were not available in sufficiently large numbers.luftwafe might looked scary but i would like to point to the fact that the prototypes of spitfire me-109 and hurricane flew at proximately the same time the spitfire even earlier than me-109 i think

Not really true. In 1938 the Russians offered help to Czechoslovakia. ( Sadly it was only them)
Russia viewed the rise of Nazi Germany with great concern
at that time. They tried to create an anti-Nazi coalition during the period leading up to the Munich crisis. They declared a willingness to assist Czechoslovakia and go to war with the Third Reich, provided that either Poland or Romania allowed the Red Army transit rights through their territory and Britain and France also went to war.
One year after Munich, Britain and France were at war with the Third Reich anyway while the Russia abandoned its pro-western policy in favor of signing the Nazi-Soviet Pact.

Germans would face minimum of three armies french,Czech and british.with bit of luck the other allies of Czechoslovaks would come in to play as well (Yugoslavia and Romania and maybe even Russia). Now Czechs had at that time very capable army, well fortified borders and very good armaments industry. Mobilized Czechoslovakia had 300 000 troops at the border with Germany.Czech tanks were better than the German. Also the front line would be in the mountains.Mountains are not very high but still difficult for a army to pass if as it was the case the defenders hold the high ground and are well fortified.czech air force had very skilled pilots and planes of reasonable quality.(and i do recommend seeing the DARK BLUE WORLD movie)so i am pretty sure that had the British and french stuck to their guns and put their foot down the Hitler would not fight not in 1938. Hitler would be denied access to Czech armament industry and Czech arms and would decently not be ready to start the war when he did. England paid a big price for Chamnberlain's folly... They tried to create an anti-Nazi coalition during the period leading up to the Munich crisis. They declared a willingness to assist Czechoslovakia and go to war with the Third Reich, provided that either Poland or Romania allowed the Red Army transit rights through their territory and Britain and France also went to war.
