I always get a kick out of emails from members who threaten to sue me. 99% of them are from people who are going to because their trial renewed to a monthly membership and if I don't refund them immediately they are going to call their cousin/brother/uncle/ex-wife/etc. who is a lawyer and my life will be miserable for their $24.95.

However, this one was different and I got a real kick out of it.

Some woman is fucking with this poor guy pretty bad. If he would look a bit into it you could easily figure out that the pictures were not taken ten years ago.

Also, when sending emails threatening legal action use a spell checker and have someone with grammar skills beyond 4th grade read it over.

My guess is that it's some guy who has been talking to a "girl" through Myspace for a few months. She was using stolen images of Alyssa Doll. Someone found them and confronted "her" in which she made up that excuse.

xxxxxx21 as a screen name in ACM. I do not know the girl, I chatted with her and requested that she change her screen name. she said no. I also chatted online with support #13, nothing that that can do so they gave me this email 2 contact someone else. So, hopefully we can get some resolve here.

I/we believe that it is someone, manager or owner of studio looking to get even from a past event thus the use of the name xxxxxx21.
I believe that it is fair that I, personally have asked her to change her screen name, contacted ACM support via chat and also have written this e-mail contacted my lawyer.
Like I said b4, I have asked her to change her screen name she is not willing, and she continues to use the screen name..xxxxxx21.. after 3/1/07 Then it is fair that we should both (my girlfriend and I) be compensated from the studio itself and not the individual herself, for using our name(s). Which is 50% of the studios earning for that period, I think would be fair considering.
This is personal, This is an attack at me and my girlfriend, or my girlfriend and myself after 3/1/07, I will again contact my lawyer if this issue is not resolved"

No the email wasnt from Tom Cruise or anyone even remotely known by anyone other than his mother.
