I need a server to send weekly newsletter to my former members (very low heat, if any, and I have all the customers info).

It doesn't need to be powerful, and I don't need a lot of BW. Price isn't the deciding factor; I only want to be able to get into AOL and Hotmail.

If you host any sponsors, chances are they're already mailing their former customers. Not doing it would be throwing money away ;)
