Also speaking of which we spoke with a few other "old timers" and would love to get togeather an "old school" party at one of the upcomming conventions. I would love to reunite with people I havnt seen in ages. What do you all think? Is it a viable idea? Or do most of you not even touch the shows anymore?

I was online in late 96, first porn site in early 97, one of the first sites I opened was a paysite. Sometime in 98 is when I got my first taste of traffic - by 2000 I was fully into the paysite/affiliate program world.

From small avs sites, free sites, and link lists - to cj and tgps - to search engines - to paysites-affiliates, consulting and sem...

It has been one hell of a ride and I really can't wait to see what happens next.

Since 1989 with Adult AudioText ( 976, 900, 800, etc ) industry and online since 1995 :-) damn i am getting old!

December 26, 1996 was the magic day for me. First two sponsors were CE Cash and Adult Check. The first checks arrived in late January.

It was so much easier back then.

Stupid me...even though I spent most of my time on the web once it became clear where things were going, I didn't kill off the magazine until this past summer --- I ran it at a loss for several years because I couldn't bear to leave the "I don't have a computer geezers" and the "I'm in jail and can't have access to computers convicts" out in the cold --- and also because it was almost like killing off a part of me

(And I have to admit, I LOVE not having printers bills anymore - although I still have to make the post office trek 3-4 times a week to ship videos

)
