Do you guys eat propely during the day of work or are you fat and lazy ?

Curious about those hardworking wm in here if they train and eat propley or are you just lazy and eat whatever you got and become fat ?

example of how i get in shape when i need , takes 3 weeks and kilos is gone in no time .....

I eat 5 times a day every 3 hour . Beacuse then i dont get hungry and start to eat chocolate in the evning or burgers etc ...

Example Monday :

Morning : 100 g of corn with water and a apple and a cop of coffe ( burns faster)

Lunch : 100 g chicken and some salad

Lunch 2 : tuna salad

Dinner : normal , chicken or fish or turkey etc , just white meat and tons of vegetable . 1 potato and chili pepper ( burns like hell )

last meal of the day . could be chicken or some tuna salad or fish etc ...

+ tons of water from morning to night , as much as i can .

Saturday EATING DAY , what the fuck i want 3 weeks and u are done , then you can schedule it out and eat more carbos , spaghetti,pasta,taco etc ,normal food lol.

Well i use this when i diet and wanna deff before the summer , in normal days, i eat healthy but more crap .... So if you wanna go down this is a super diet and good and you are never hungry .

When you do this over several weeks , your sweet sugar taste is gone and you just continue , but then you can eat a chocolate or ice or burger more often.

+ i do my gerilja cardio before breakfeast 2-3 times a week.

How do you eat or train ?

I try and stay in shape and eat right, doesnt always work though right now im in a heavy training period, gym 5 days a week and about 4 days a week of ice skating(hockey)

Don´t measure your food with 100 grams or so...it´s much more simple:

Avoid processed food. Eat meat, veggies and fruits. Whole cereals, such as oat bran, wheat germ, instead of white bread. Don´t cook with oil, deep fried food and shit. Grilled, steamed are the best. Low fat dairy products. Some nuts and olive oil in salads. Honey instead of refined sugar. Drink much water, a little bit of coffee and red wine. Eat 4, 5 or 6 times/day. Exercise.

And you´ll live 100 years.

And fuck like a rabbit.

one thing I never do is fall into the whole "eat properly" thing....I eat when my body is hungry and try and eat what it craves

I am not fat and I sit in my office all day working, and I rarely get any exercise

I only eat healthy food and work out a lot, so I learned to cook a little bit two years ago. Best thing I ever did! Viking, that is not a bad diet overall but you should eat some protein with breakfast, not just corn, an apple and coffee!(wtf?) How about two eggs or some chicken breast plus an apple and coffee? That is a better breakfast. :-)

I personally like to eat half a pre-cooked chicken breast, a slice of Ezekiel brand toasted sprouted grain bread with a tiny bit of no fat butter substitute on it, plus a banana for breakfast, and wash it down with a cup of hot tea.

For some reason I can eat whatever I want without gaining weight and I LOVE eating, smoking, drinking, fucking...all the good things

Maybe not healthy, but life isn't a "who lives the longest" competition.

A friend of mine died in a car accident, an uncle who never smoked and worked out 5 days a week died of lung cancer...There are no guarantees and I want to enjoy my life as long as my visitor pass lasts.

WEll this 100 g here and there is when i wanna ripp and be in super shape in the summer and its also an diet other can follow when they wanna loose some weight fast , btw : u shall always take 1g and x with ya body weight when it comes to proteins ,when u diet .

I do the rest as you say and totally agree . its what i do , i just posted an example to go down etc ...

Its a mixed thing mate , of corse you have to eat and exercise , just eat propely and sit still the rest of the day in front of ya comp,will not get you in shape , to much dead weight ...

I usually watch my calorie/carb/sugar intake and try to eat small snacks/meals between 3 to 5 times a day, and hit the gym when I can... doesn't always work out that way though, but when I'm on top of it, I can drop 12 pounds a month and hold it off

I eat about 4 times a day. Always try to have substantial breakfast and lunch. Then some light stuff at about 4 pm and lots of veggies with little meat for dinner. But when I have beer in the evening I can't stop eating. And now I have to start exercising again, I've put on some weight.

Not true. Good fats are an essential part of your diet. Body fat is put on by an excess of calories overall and mostly from people eating crappy food.
