Curious about those hardworking wm in here if they train and eat propley or are you just lazy and eat whatever you got and become fat ?
example of how i get in shape when i need , takes 3 weeks and kilos is gone in no time .....
I eat 5 times a day every 3 hour . Beacuse then i dont get hungry and start to eat chocolate in the evning or burgers etc ...
Example Monday :
Morning : 100 g of corn with water and a apple and a cop of coffe ( burns faster)
Lunch : 100 g chicken and some salad
Lunch 2 : tuna salad
Dinner : normal , chicken or fish or turkey etc , just white meat and tons of vegetable . 1 potato and chili pepper ( burns like hell )
last meal of the day . could be chicken or some tuna salad or fish etc ...
+ tons of water from morning to night , as much as i can .
Saturday EATING DAY , what the fuck i want

3 weeks and u are done , then you can schedule it out and eat more carbos , spaghetti,pasta,taco etc ,normal food lol.
Well i use this when i diet and wanna deff before the summer , in normal days, i eat healthy but more crap .... So if you wanna go down this is a super diet and good and you are never hungry .
When you do this over several weeks , your sweet sugar taste is gone and you just continue , but then you can eat a chocolate or ice or burger more often.
+ i do my gerilja cardio before breakfeast 2-3 times a week.
