Don´t measure your food with 100 grams or so...it´s much more simple:
Avoid processed food. Eat meat, veggies and fruits. Whole cereals, such as oat bran, wheat germ, instead of white bread. Don´t cook with oil, deep fried food and shit. Grilled, steamed are the best. Low fat dairy products. Some nuts and olive oil in salads. Honey instead of refined sugar. Drink much water, a little bit of coffee and red wine. Eat 4, 5 or 6 times/day. Exercise.
And you´ll live 100 years.
And fuck like a rabbit.
