How are your experiences with Comus support?
So I'm checking out some new TGP software (Last time I bothered with TGP was like 2002 or something), installed Comus, and asked a couple of questions on their support forum like 2 days ago, with no reply.
Something wrong over there or is this the norm? Anybody want to recommend me an alternative?

Normally they are really on top of things and responds very fast. Tony has a great script, it takes a little while to get used to it though.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants think about that |

sorry this got missed, when you try to access certain parts of comus there is a php file that protects your script by only allowing access from the IP address you put in the file. It's named access_control.php
The file looks like this <?PHP $enable_page_editing = 1; $only_allowed_ips = '32.26.48.031'; ?> change this to match your ip address and drop it in your ct folder
