How are your experiences with Comus support?
 

So I'm checking out some new TGP software (Last time I bothered with TGP was like 2002 or something), installed Comus, and asked a couple of questions on their support forum like 2 days ago, with no reply.

Something wrong over there or is this the norm?

Anybody want to recommend me an alternative?

I dont think it's very common.. I've only heard good things about their support..

Normally they are really on top of things and responds very fast. Tony has a great script, it takes a little while to get used to it though.

Yea it looks good to me from what I've seen of the backend. I have also heard only good things so far...

sorry this got missed, when you try to access certain parts of comus there is a php file that protects your script by only allowing access from the IP address you put in the file. It's named access_control.php

The file looks like this

$enable_page_editing = 1;
$only_allowed_ips = '32.26.48.031';
?>

change this to match your ip address and drop it in your ct folder
