Why advertise that themes will be delivered within an hour, and expedited if you ICQ one of your support people when its not true?

If I had known it wouldnt process within an hour I would have bought a theme from somewhere else.

yeah I suppose I should have tried to contact them first, but I figured since they have two people and advertise delivery within 1 hour that maybe they had a 24 hour operation

Yeah, even tho I got mine I never recived an ICQ reply from the two people I contacted last night. No problem for me since I didnt need the free install or logo change service, but still pretty shitty if you ask me.

You might as well just use their themes for free, right?

I mean if they dont have enough time to fulfil orders and service customers then they must not have time to keep track of what sites are rightfully using their themes

Yea I have no problem installing/modifying myself. I just chalked it up to the fact they were probably a monday-fri 9-5 deal. Which was fine with me However when I read you got yours already, I got a bit heated as they obviously took the time to take care of people that were being vocal about it, but those that didnt say anything were not getting any service. yeah, i wouldnt have cared if i had to wait until monday if their site said they were closed on weekends, but it said delivery within 1 hour didnt have a disclaimer about not doing business on weekends, or mondays.
