Before someone jumps on me to contact them first. ICQ sent to both accounts listed on contact page on two seperate occations today. Did not send email as contact page says send ICQ as they are moving mail servers, however filled out the contact form on the front page about 8 hours ago.

Yeah, even tho I got mine I never recived an ICQ reply from the two people I contacted last night. No problem for me since I didnt need the free install or logo change service, but still pretty shitty if you ask me.
You might as well just use their themes for free, right?
I mean if they dont have enough time to fulfil orders and service customers then they must not have time to keep track of what sites are rightfully using their themes
