Why advertise that themes will be delivered within an hour, and expedited if you ICQ one of your support people when its not true?

no idea, but they need more designs, the current ones suck and arnt even worth half the price they are...

i usually icq them when they are online and wait for a reply, after that ill buy it and its delivered quick time

yeah I suppose I should have tried to contact them first, but I figured since they have two people and advertise delivery within 1 hour that maybe they had a 24 hour operation

right, so if they have such great support why has it been 3 hours now and I still have not received my template or heard back from anyone when they advertise within 1 hour delivery :error

Xlabor is pretty upstanding. Though you are correct, the advertisement should be changed to something more realistic/consistant.

I guess I should have jumped in this thread last night, but figured since it was the weekend they might just not be working. I ordered mine about 12 hours before you posted this. 36 hours later.. still no templates yet you got yours.

Before someone jumps on me to contact them first. ICQ sent to both accounts listed on contact page on two seperate occations today. Did not send email as contact page says send ICQ as they are moving mail servers, however filled out the contact form on the front page about 8 hours ago.

Yeah, even tho I got mine I never recived an ICQ reply from the two people I contacted last night. No problem for me since I didnt need the free install or logo change service, but still pretty shitty if you ask me.


You might as well just use their themes for free, right?

I mean if they dont have enough time to fulfil orders and service customers then they must not have time to keep track of what sites are rightfully using their themes :)

Yea I have no problem installing/modifying myself. I just chalked it up to the fact they were probably a monday-fri 9-5 deal. Which was fine with me However when I read you got yours already, I got a bit heated as they obviously took the time to take care of people that were being vocal about it, but those that didnt say anything were not getting any service. Mainly the reason I desided to bump this again

I trust they'll get it to you in a semi timely fashion. They may be a bit late on some things, but are pretty good otherwise.

Please get Eric his template and then i'll place my order for a custom template from you guys. If its not done by morning i may take my business elsewhere.

yeah, i wouldnt have cared if i had to wait until monday if their site said they were closed on weekends, but it said delivery within 1 hour didnt have a disclaimer about not doing business on weekends, or mondays.
