Epassporte Phones Not Working for 3 days !!!

HI,

I would like to get an answer from an epassporte representative regarding the issue that they have with their 24/7 phone support.

The phones from their site are not working for the last 3 days ...
Toll Free from the US +1.877.EPASS.90 (1.877.372.7790)
International: +1.310.301.2001


When you call it either answers the robot and you end finally being disconected after 30 mins or so of waiting or you get a ... BEEP BEEP BEPP like a busy tone.

On their site they state that :
We are experiencing a high call volume and there may be an extended hold time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Your calls and emails will be answered in the order they are received. Thank you for your patience and thank you for choosing ePassporte.
but how many days in a row can this high call volume last...?!


I need to talk to a representative about an issue i have and i can not find none. I sent email and still no answer . Until now i was solving all my problems by phone with them very nice and quick and now when i need most their phones are not working for 3 days.


I am waiting for a representative of theirs to contact me here and to explain what this issue with the phones is for such a long period of time

there is a guy called Michael from epass who posts regularly here on GFY, but I'm afraid he's off for the weekend...
He told me 2 days ago they have a hugh volume of netellers coming to epass, so probably they are busy processing new subscribers
I usually mail them to [email protected] and get an answer in 24 hours, actually I mailed them last friday and they responded on saturday good luck

to me it does not sound pretty normal to have the phones of the hook if this is the reason.

it is in fact pretty bad.

You will get through eventually - I had the same problems.

I spoke to one rep, who to be honest sounded like she was having a nervous breakdown. She told me they had over 8000 support in emails in the que and that it was going up by the second.

They have also pulled the plug on a large client (SafePay) so that wont help, with people like me desperate to cash out as fast as possible and wondering why they cant use Epass.

I just opened an epassporte account.....tryin to deposit some money in there to play poker, but the charge is not showing up on my credit card statement so that i can verify the account... anyone know what the charge may be or is it random?????

Its random - some banks don't show pending amounts on accounts , so try phoning your bank and asking them.
