You will get through eventually - I had the same problems.
I spoke to one rep, who to be honest sounded like she was having a nervous breakdown. She told me they had over 8000 support in emails in the que and that it was going up by the second.
They have also pulled the plug on a large client (SafePay) so that wont help, with people like me desperate to cash out as fast as possible and wondering why they cant use Epass.
