On their site they state that :

but how many days in a row can this high call volume last...?!


I need to talk to a representative about an issue i have and i can not find none. I sent email and still no answer . Until now i was solving all my problems by phone with them very nice and quick and now when i need most their phones are not working for 3 days.


I am waiting for a representative of theirs to contact me here and to explain what this issue with the phones is for such a long period of time
