WebAir - Why Do Support Emails Take So Long To Answer?
I'm really not trying to bust your balls ... ok I am.
I just don't get it. I have dedicated boxes with multiple companies and to be honest, you guys are the slowest when it comes to answering support emails. I love my box with you. Its fast and always up so big props to you there. But the service is kinda slow. Sometimes I don't even get a response for over a day where as my other hosting companies answer in less than an hour. If you got your support on track and had emails answered in a timely matter, you would truly be an ELITE HOST.  I still love Web Air and have no plans to ever leave. Just wanted to vent a little.
