Thats all fine and dandy but when I'm driving around town and I need a MySQL database made, I'm affraid that sending an email through my PDA is the easiest way to get things done. If I was at home with nothing else to do, of course I would call.
That still doesn't explain why other hosts answer support emails in less than an hour and WebAir takes a day.
