WebAir - Why Do Support Emails Take So Long To Answer?
 
I'm really not trying to bust your balls ... ok I am.

I just don't get it. I have dedicated boxes with multiple companies and to be honest, you guys are the slowest when it comes to answering support emails. I love my box with you. Its fast and always up so big props to you there. But the service is kinda slow.

Sometimes I don't even get a response for over a day where as my other hosting companies answer in less than an hour.

If you got your support on track and had emails answered in a timely matter, you would truly be an ELITE HOST. :2 cents:

I still love Web Air and have no plans to ever leave. Just wanted to vent a little.

Phat Servers = less than 5 minutes.

Chris has to be one of the best tech's I've EVER worked with.

Jupiter responds very quickly. I use those guys, my site isn't even that big and they always treat me big! : )

I agree. I actually had a box with them but I moved it to Web Air cause Mike made me a damn good offer. I felt really bad for leaving expecially cause I love Poppy so much.

Thats all fine and dandy but when I'm driving around town and I need a MySQL database made, I'm affraid that sending an email through my PDA is the easiest way to get things done. If I was at home with nothing else to do, of course I would call.

That still doesn't explain why other hosts answer support emails in less than an hour and WebAir takes a day.:2 cents:
