How can they help you on ICQ, but not their live help? Both are IM. Seems like you should just have their live window open instead of ranting in a GFY window.

yes I called, yes I went to live support, no live support cant help me, this is a major issue all my sites are down and I need someone higher up to get shit fixed, when my sites are down live support or the little guys let it stay down for hours.

Its been 15 minutes and some foreign guy is looking into it... right. i need someone higher up that can get shit done and knows the answers, i called, no answer, live support, asked for someone higher up, still waiting to hear whats going on.

webair rocks, make sure you call the 866 number because some fuck bought all the other numbers and made them phone sex lines, I knew it was webair1 I just could not remember the 866 and I learned the hard way, my phone bill will be so high now LOL

#1 you should calm down.. been there done that . gettig nasty isnt going to help you.. try some kindness and understanding..

gfy has alot of smart fellers, i bet if you gave us some hint of the problem you might be able to get your problem solved right here..

It always sucks when support treats your site differently than if their own domain was down. but you know what , sometimes thats just the way it is.. focus on what you need done in priority.. restart server problem persist and support cant help you identify the problem right away you gotta wait for techs.. shit hapens. try to stay calm.. and CALL them ( yes i know you called so did i they are there call again )

alright, between my support request at 1am, and my logging on at 11:50am this morning, my sites were deleted. Someone hacked in, or someone at webair did it. No solution, so the solution is a new host, I cant even get help so far with an IP or anything of who did it.

The problem with webair is sometimes people don't know enough to know they have problems. I understand many of you love webair, and that is fine, but webair certainly is not perfect, they have left tickets open for days, closed tickets that have not be resolved etc. So understand webair might be good, but they are certainly "no problem" gods.

I've had similar issues with webair with servers down, and honestly for what you pay you have to expect a little time getting things fixed. I think support and uptime for webair are fair for the price.

You want mission critical hosting be prepared to pay for it ... Nationalnet, Isprime spring to mind.
