Webair where the fuck are you
Very important issue, cannot reach anyone live, your live help is not going to be able to help on this, so answer the damn phones or ICQs.

Uhm...... They have 24 hour support by phone. 1-866-932-2471 I've never had anyone not pick up?

yeah right, dedicated servers and my sites are down, why dont i like the live support? Its been 15 minutes and some foreign guy is looking into it... right. i need someone higher up that can get shit done and knows the answers, i called, no answer, live support, asked for someone higher up, still waiting to hear whats going on.

webair rocks, make sure you call the 866 number because some fuck bought all the other numbers and made them phone sex lines, I knew it was webair1 I just could not remember the 866 and I learned the hard way, my phone bill will be so high now LOL

gfy has alot of smart fellers, i bet if you gave us some hint of the problem you might be able to get your problem solved right here.. It always sucks when support treats your site differently than if their own domain was down. but you know what , sometimes thats just the way it is.. focus on what you need done in priority.. restart server problem persist and support cant help you identify the problem right away you gotta wait for techs.. shit hapens. try to stay calm.. and CALL them ( yes i know you called so did i they are there call again ) |

Give the guy a break will you all? He is obviously having a hard time, he is in a panic, and all he gets is people with their head up webairs ass.
The problem with webair is sometimes people don't know enough to know they have problems. I understand many of you love webair, and that is fine, but webair certainly is not perfect, they have left tickets open for days, closed tickets that have not be resolved etc. So understand webair might be good, but they are certainly "no problem" gods. |
See, i love my host, Adult Hosting, i took my sites down while i was working on them and i got a message on ICQ about 5 minutes later asking me if everything was ok cos they noticed the HTTP went down. Now that is service!

I've had similar issues with webair with servers down, and honestly for what you pay you have to expect a little time getting things fixed. I think support and uptime for webair are fair for the price.
You want mission critical hosting be prepared to pay for it ... Nationalnet, Isprime spring to mind. |
