I just finished working out with my personal trainer and I'm on a mission to complete all of the administrative BS that is on my desk and in my inbox. I'm about 5 weeks in and have lost around 9 pounds and can even get through the days now without lots of Red Bull. Next, I need to quit smoking. What are you up to today?

I should be at the gym but started a cold yesterday and sneezed and strain a muscle in my back so will take it easy and work out in the house.

I got lots to do as well here and planning on taking the day to do it all.
