Care to explain how I cheated anyone to build IslandDollars from scratch, with my own time, resources and funds, without a partnership from another party?

I got the domain when I first started shooting her for DVD work. Then started shooting for the site the next month, Jan 2006. I have a program in beta right now and have several sites that I have opened since then, and still have a schedule of sites to open. I can't simply open them all at once. You know how that is. You make a plan and stick to it. I had no idea this was going to happen, otherwise it would have gone to the front of the line. Everyone who shoots over there in our circle knew she was my project so I didn't see any problems or reason to change my plan.

Trust me, if I had thought one of the guys I supported and trusted was going to do this, the site would have already been open.

Changing the subject when things aren't going your way, and putting words in DWBs mouth, instead of answering to his actual accusations is not a strong way to build your case.

Plus being in a 3rd world country, there is no telling what is going to happen to this model so I wanted to shoot a full 2 years worth of content and updates before I opened in case she went MIA, which has happened with models I have worked with in the past over there.

The CONCEPT, the type of which is something that is rarely done not the MODEL. We're not ones for drama, and I have no issues posting the facts. And of the 3 people I know in Thailand, of with none are spoken with on a regular or even semi regular basis, who are these people that I hang around with? And to my knowledge you have only met Marc once, maybe twice. Do you have long icqs with Marc discussing your future plans?

I was screwed just as much as you having content with an exact model that is planned for another site.

I approached Dallas with all of the different avenues of resolution I could think of; purchasing his content, working together on a site, putting up two sites and selling as a partnership betwen them. I even mentioned selling our content to him.

Gee if this was to be an "honest mistake" why would you be bending over backwards to try to make amends with Dallas..?

The thing is, if he did not know there was going to be an issue, he would not have ICQd me to say "I always want to avoid conflicts and work out the best arrangement between us." Then go on to tell me how he feels he can make this site better than anyone else (me) and then say that he could buy my content of her.

I don't know if you realise how much biz this whole thing is gonna cost you on the long run... There are so many affiliates programs out there, it's very easy to choose another one.

You pay people to design nice looking sites for you, packaging what looks like 30-somethings to me as teenagers, but when the facade is stripped away, you are coming across as someone who would screw/pimp his mother for a quick buck.

Personal services arrangement of some sort. It sounds like the model played both sides of the street here. I would say so far Will sounds about right, negotiate a price for the content shot so far, and one sell to the other and move on.

At this point if I'd be him I'd prolly just give you all her content for free... this thread is about to ruin his biz if it dosen't get resolved quickly

Without some exclusivity with the model, this is the risk you took. The model knew what you were up to, yet still shot for someone else. At a certain point, the issue is of your own making, and you need to accept at least some responsibility for the situation. You should feel lucky that it is someone yu feel you can call out on the boards, rather than someone a little bigger than you tell you to just blow away.

Remember, too, tattling to the Thai authorities would have to start out with "I met this model that I shot nude on my last trip to thailand" which would pretty much put you in the same leaky boat.

I think both of you need to man up and work out a solution that doesn't involve dropping bombs on each other's head.

As a fellow Asian producer, I do not appreciate your cheap unprovoked shots in this thread . But you are most certainly entitled to your opinions, and a visit to Asia. :)
