Pretty funny, however...the "12th week of trial" was a red flag that this is a bogus story. There is no listing in Google for a Judge named Markus Roth, nor one for "Judge Roth + strip club. The clincher is that there is no listing for Charles Buckenshmeisser, or even the last name.
