Muscle Spasms and cramps?

Wtf causes this shit? I'm sitting here and as I'm typing this my eyebrow is freaking out, my calves are semi-cramping and my quads are going ape shit.

I've heard potassium/taurine deficiencies could cause them but never got a true answer.

Anyone have the answer?

Potassium and magnesium are your friends. Also try to get some of them in a natural form instead of swallowing tons of tablets. Dark chocolate, almonds, bananas, raisins, nuts for magnesium and tomatoes, potatoes, soya, beans for potassium.

Are you on anti depressants? They often cause "restless limps". Sometimes if you take back pain medicine (it contains a mild muscle relaxer) it helps.

nope. not medicated in any way. Might just be the minerals/water thing.

How's your calcium intake? Muscular-cramping is a classic symptom of a calcium deficiency.
