Eliminate excuses and incorporate lots of structure and rules in your life - including plenty of physical exercise.

Set yourself some goals, write out some plans and schedules and then follow it... like it or not.

A little philosophy that has helped me over the years:

Only initially.. just like the laziness it's going to replace, everything becomes habit over time.

Make a deal with yourself to just do it for a month.

If that sounds overwhelming, make it a week - etc.. back on down to one day.. Surely you can do it for one day if you think the following day you can screw off.. Then just repeat until you nail the month.. If you nail the month you won't be the same person as when you started.

get up at 5 am in the morning to exercise. they have boot camp style exercise classes, find one to go to . They are outside in the morning just like boot camp.
