Only initially.. just like the laziness it's going to replace, everything becomes habit over time.
Make a deal with yourself to just do it for a month.
If that sounds overwhelming, make it a week - etc.. back on down to one day.. Surely you can do it for one day if you think the following day you can screw off.. Then just repeat until you nail the month.. If you nail the month you won't be the same person as when you started.
