Gatorade before you go to bed, if you wake up in the night drink water as much as you can. When you get up in the AM more gatorade.

After lunch start drinking alcohol again and repeat process until your liver tells you it as had enough ;-)

When I drink, I drink a full glass of water (a big glass) for every alcoholic drink that I have. That followed by tylenol before bedtime will hold off the worst of it.

As already mentioned, gatorade does wonders as well.

Another vote for gatorade. Hangovers are just dehydration, hydrate yourself during drinking and before going to bed. A bottle the next day wont hurt either.

Every time I buy liquor, I buy gatorade as well. Sometimes people give me shit about it, but I'm laughing the next day.

Put a good "anchor" in you before you start drinking. Anything heavy like Lasagna will be good... Then drink a ton of water, I'm talking like 4 bottles of water before you go drinking.

Then when you are finished drinking drink a big bottle of water and take 2 tylenols.

You will be right as rain in the morning

If you can hold it down, Alka-Seltzer & wheat grass. Maybe some b-vitamins with a bunch of liquid.

All I know is alka-seltzer saved my ass on my wedding day... Aspirin + caffeine in a bubbly liquid delivery mechanism, worked like a champ. Even says on the package, something about "for overconsumption....". Good stuff.

Water is the most important, especially if you can down a bottle of it before passing out...

I barely ever get hangovers anymore, but when I do get a particularily nasty one usually a McChicken combo will help soak up all that extra booze... (the only time I'll step foot in a McDonalds

)

Also if you want to start drinking again the next day, a breakfast beer does wonders (something light like Corona).

Of course you need to stay hydrated while you're drinking, water or gatorade work best. Naturally, if you're getting drunk, you really don't care much about stopping to drink water, so when you wake up dehydrated and feeling like shit, go to Wal-Mart or HEB and get a case of Pedialyte (baby food stuff for when they get dehydrated) and buy some menudo. It's Mexican soup, and Cambell's makes it as well as several others. It settles your stomach and gets the alcohol out of your system quicker than anything.

I've find a surefire cure is to drink more! Generally i find beer is the best way to start the day. My hangover headaches clear up after the first and by the 3rd i'm invincible again!
