Its called security risk scoring, to keep the USA safe...
If it saves a packed commercial aircraft someday the US government will be the heroes...I hate giving up freedom but if its for security it means independence...

There was a decent tourist trade to the US - once. Now that that's a dying biz they are obviously trying to hammer the last nail in the coffin.
Reminds me - it's time to organize webmaster conferences outside US territory and in locations which are not a hassle for a number of webmasters to get visas.
