Yoda kicked ass in Episode II!
Screw the hobbits.

I'm a huge SW and LotR fan myself but I think it's beyond question that Episode I+II were very disappointing compared to IV-VI.
On the other I feared that LotR would be really bad and I was really much positively surprised how good it was produced. However there were some minor flaws in it and I really hoped for Tom Bombadil to appear. August 6 is the release date for LotR |

Of the two films I did prefer LotR but more from a production point of view than anything else. Although I was looking forward to Tom Bombadil too...

I found EP2 to be much more intense then LOTR, but LOTR kept my attention the entire time and EP2 had a few spots when I wanted to yell at Lucas for being so lame.
I need to see EP2 again before I judge which I like better |

LOTR kicked butt all the way through it while the only good thing about Episode II was Yoda & Christopher Lee kicking each other's ass. Funny thing is that Christopher Lee kicked ass in both movies...

I enjoyed LoTR much more than EpII...I'm not the biggest of Star Wars fans...
I had never read any of Tolkien's books, but was vaguely familiar with Hobbits and such...I just really enjoyed the movie...Ep II just didn't seem to hold my attention as well... ...and I liked Harry Potter better than both of them...I admit it...I'm a huge mark for Harry Potter...I own all the books...er I mean my kids have all the books ;)))
