Today is Monday November 13th, 2006. Before this day is over, I expect my pay will be in my account, every single penny you owe me. If not, here is what I will do.
I will not ask you to refund any sales, no, this is too good for you. Insted, I will remove your access from my site and inform every member I have (400+ active) and all others who joined in the last 6 months (2000+) to call their bank or credit card issuer and request a chargeback aginst you. I have lots of money in the account, all from dvd sales, I have emailed every single person who made a payment in the last 6 months and asked them to do a charge back, I have lots of 300 dollar transactions so it will catch up to them real fast......

Paymonde has committed Fraud I have proof
I have records of this company rebill my 1200 member base before the actual due date all a few days before not paying my weekly payout. sadly they have now closed down the sites both of them Paymonde.com myvirtualcard.com so if you dont have this information it will be hard for you to get it now. but if you do have this information then you may be able to help send these people where they belong in prison. Ive been in this business since 1995, within the last year I have been screw by VISA and it's underlings well over the excess $140,000.00 USD It is time we make stand against this corperate theivery I have a Lawyer who will be helping me in this matter maybe even a class action against Visa win or lose it would be an interesting to look into. |

I have been waiting for this day for several years, sitting patiently, waiting for something real brutal to happen to these swindlers. If all you guys inspire your clients to do massive chargebacks and they comply, these guys will be in a heapload of trouble, criminal, not civil anymore....
