Sure... nothing will happen until someone or a group of webmaster claimants do take legal action.
This is the same old iBill (and others before them) scenario - a few webmaster remain living in hope, others feel they don't want to waste money on lawyers, others want to cut the throats of the corp officers
Meantime, the processor says nothing and eventually the dust settles and folks are resigned to not collecting a dime.
Only thing that carries any weight is legal paperwork (or possible action countering criminal conduct) - till that happens, fat chance of getting a dome
