Cards issued with a chip do not have this problem (unless used in a atm without chipreader)

Do what I do. Keep in mind that I LOVE my ePassporte.

Don't keep money on it. When I need to pay someone I put money on it. If money comes in, I spend it immediately.

Very little chance of getting money sniped that way.

Edit: In fact, I often send money to the people in my sig. (Shameless plug)

ehhhh cause they said so??? According to epass either them or live jasmin will pay me the 300$ back, i dont care who will pay it to me as long as they do it fast...

I have a high volume business account and a nightmare to load funds into it.
