The ones that dont use Mmini DV tapes but have the HD's built in

Man that will piss me off if canon puts a 8mp or higher out with that. I have the 20D and a 6 gig microdrive.

But the microdrives are sensitive

I am not sure that HDs are really up to the rought treatment that would come from normal end users. But I guess if you want...
