Digital Cam with the built in Hard Drives

Anybody have a good recommendation for one of these bad boys?

The ones that dont use Mmini DV tapes but have the HD's built in

Man that will piss me off if canon puts a 8mp or higher out with that. I have the 20D and a 6 gig microdrive.

But the microdrives are sensitive

I am not sure that HDs are really up to the rought treatment that would come from normal end users. But I guess if you want... :)
