Can't manage to convert my bdsm traffic.

Any idea of what I'm doing wrong? How do you convert it?

what do you mean by having a hard time? ratios?

I found changing up sponsors periodically can help. (somewhat different content, but same niche)

You need a converting BDSM sponsor, that sells itself, such as

i've never promoted bdsm, but try switching sponsors for a bit and see how it does

I was having better result runing the kinkydollars feed, but it's not adapted to blog at all.

Where is your traffic coming from? SE traffic for relevant keywords will sell if you have the right sponsor. But any fetish is very hard to sell to "general" surfers - if they're not BDSM people to begin with, you need to really play up the "curiosity" angle.
