Can't manage to convert my bdsm traffic.

Any idea of what I'm doing wrong? How do you convert it?

I found changing up sponsors periodically can help. (somewhat different content, but same niche)

I dunno man, some of my site with "free porn" traffic do better.

i've never promoted bdsm, but try switching sponsors for a bit and see how it does

Where is your traffic coming from? SE traffic for relevant keywords will sell if you have the right sponsor. But any fetish is very hard to sell to "general" surfers - if they're not BDSM people to begin with, you need to really play up the "curiosity" angle.
