What exactly do you need?

You can typically execute mysql commands from the shell by invoking the mysql tool.

Or does this need to be automated in some way?

I have a very tight php page for doing some basic thing and it's damn fast compared to using phpmyadmin.

I need a script that combines a few queries and repeats it a few million times. No phpmyadmin can help me doing that I think...
