I don't like their layout. Unless you are watching your stats every minute, a monthly report is very hard to figure out with them.

My opinion....their cheques are good though! ;-)

the thing is that someone at EPOCH keeps telling me about "Globill is going to lose there Mastercard account for international and domestic.. so a bit concerned... or just processor slamming...

I doubt that. They are very careful. In fact, that has been a complaint against them: that they are too careful.

They guard against chargebacks, and that's important. Also, their support couldn't be better. They will set up your .htaccess for you no charge.

I've used Globill for years and had no trouble. Not too sure where you get the 'new and up and coming' idea from though but I'd certainly recommend them.

drops,

You should certinly look into all of your options. Netbilling save you 50% over what some of the other processors charge including checks and credit cards.

After you see Glo-bill's system , give us a call to check out our interface and admin area. I think you will be very impressed.

You can also stop by our booth at Internext #501 & #600.

Thank you, Mitch Farber

For the record, Epoch knows nothing in regards to the status of Globill and MC. We have never heard
anything about the status of Globill, or in fact Globill at all as a company except for what we have read on various message boards.

Globill seems very solid, only a couple points against them I know of...

Higher percentage, almost 16%. And they pay every 2 weeks, whereas the norm is becoming weekly (ccbill/epoch/jettis/WSB).

Has anyone had any experience with thier "Surfer pro" referral program? That's unique to the other processors...

didn't work for me
1) they will take non standard commission for every sale below the price $8.95 for example for $2.95 trial i was getting only 20 cents.

Quote:
Globill wrote:
Unfortunately, because of the extensive fraud
scrubbing and banking fees, we are not able to provide the standard commission
rate on lower end prices. Any fee below 8.95 is used primarily as a loss leader
on websites that contain a very large members area, and/or on those sites whose
content is updated frequently - that is, where the user is expected to want
to stay past the trial period.
2) their software for partnership program is shit - their script will forget to credit affiliates with sales occasionally which is not good at all. I had to email them several times to have a missing sale added to affiliate's account.

3) very often I had double charged surfers, even with phone billing where you can't refund. it happens when the surfer presses "SUBMIT" button two times for example.
not to mention lots of bugs in their statistic. I've pointed several bugs to them which were resolved (tech support is very good )
but still I believe the system has lots of bugs.

bottom line - think twice before going with them.

Drops and everyone else,

We spoke on the phone about this but wanted to post here as well. First, we would really appreciate it in the future if you contact us first before posting unsubstantiated rumors anywhere. How Epoch or anyone else would know something like this is beyond me, but quashing rumors like this at least gives me something to do now and then.

Glo-Bill is not loosing their MC account or any other for that matter. As mentioned in this thread our fraud scrubbing is one of the best and our chargebacks ar consistently so low, you would be better off looking for some other processor to loose their accounts before worrying about us.

Thanks for calling us today by the way to debunk this for yourself. And if you do have any email or correspondence from any company stating anything negative about Glo-Bill.com, we would be interested in taking a look at it.

I not here to put one processor against another.. I dont know if the EPOCH people are doing all they can to keep me using them as pur primary processor for our webmaster program.. But maybe maybe they should stop trying to slam anyone that is not them..

You can't expect to tell a decent size web company that the processor that they now going with is losing their MC account, and not expect us to post it on GFY... or any other board..

We have a good realationship with EPOCH, we've been with them for a long time, processed alot of $$$ with them..I just don't like to be Bull Shitted with rumors.. Globill has damn neared bent over backwards for us and we'll continue to us them..

Drops,

Both Epoch & Glo-bill re great companies and extremely well respected. However, if you want to get rid of the quesswork, take control of your processing, vary your own scrubbing, get paid daily and pay 50% less than 3rd party.... give us a call. We will be glad to discuss your needs, show you though our flexible processing system and save you $$$. We will even handle all of your customer service 24/7/365 and proivide a free shopping cart if you are selling products or you can use any other 3rd party shopping cart with Netbilling.

Be sure to stop by our booth at Internext as well.... #501 & #600.

Mention GFY and there is no setup fee either!

Thanks, Mitch

The best thing to do is not use just one biller but two or three. This way you're covered if any one of them gets into trouble.

Sorry about that. Don't mean to upset anyone. We monitor a number of billers for uptime/availability and Globill has the best uptime of all of them. We've heard nothing but positive things about them. Just FYI and ignore my sig.....
