Opinion on Globill-Systems..
Hey guys...
I'm wondering if anyone has heard good or bad things about Globill... I know they are somewhat new and up and coming.. We had a good experience with them so far.. thanks :thumbsup |
I don't like their layout. Unless you are watching your stats every minute, a monthly report is very hard to figure out with them.
My opinion....their cheques are good though! ;-) |
unseenworld has used them for years and swears by them. they sound decent.

so far thier system has been highly configurable to our needs.. i have no beef with them..
the thing is that someone at EPOCH keeps telling me about "Globill is going to lose there Mastercard account for international and domestic.. so a bit concerned... or just processor slamming... |
probably the CC processors with the least negative comments i have ever seen

I've used Globill for years and had no trouble. Not too sure where you get the 'new and up and coming' idea from though but I'd certainly recommend them.

You should certinly look into all of your options. Netbilling save you 50% over what some of the other processors charge including checks and credit cards. After you see Glo-bill's system , give us a call to check out our interface and admin area. I think you will be very impressed. You can also stop by our booth at Internext #501 & #600. I'm using GloBill on my new pay site and im happy with it...but as said before a clear monthly report is hard to get :/

The first check took FOREVER to arrive but after that no problems. I'm sure most webmasters using them are happy.

I can't say who from Epoch.. We have a good realationship with them..

Globill seems very solid, only a couple points against them I know of...
Higher percentage, almost 16%. And they pay every 2 weeks, whereas the norm is becoming weekly (ccbill/epoch/jettis/WSB). Has anyone had any experience with thier "Surfer pro" referral program? That's unique to the other processors... |
didn't work for me
1) they will take non standard commission for every sale below the price $8.95 for example for $2.95 trial i was getting only 20 cents. Quote:

I've pointed several bugs to them which were resolved (tech support is very good ) but still I believe the system has lots of bugs. bottom line - think twice before going with them. |

I not here to put one processor against another.. I dont know if the EPOCH people are doing all they can to keep me using them as pur primary processor for our webmaster program.. But maybe maybe they should stop trying to slam anyone that is not them..
You can't expect to tell a decent size web company that the processor that they now going with is losing their MC account, and not expect us to post it on GFY... or any other board.. We have a good realationship with EPOCH, we've been with them for a long time, processed alot of $$$ with them..I just don't like to be Bull Shitted with rumors.. Globill has damn neared bent over backwards for us and we'll continue to us them.. |

They are professional ,timely in their response to you, and go out of their way to help. |
The best thing to do is not use just one biller but two or three. This way you're covered if any one of them gets into trouble.

Sorry about that. Don't mean to upset anyone. We monitor a number of billers for uptime/availability and Globill has the best uptime of all of them. We've heard nothing but positive things about them. Just FYI and ignore my sig.....
