franck, with the bickering aside, im trying to help here, but heres my input

hire a coder, woj or borked, somebody, who can make a script that works off your members database, that will mass email them, providing a link that will change a value in their record saying "send no more emails" if they opt out, small project, shouldn't take much or cost much
