I use phpbb for newsletter,maybe unsual but again very useful.

word around the block is you're a surfer yourself...

Our affiliate newsletter is mailed by the built in CCBill program though...

It is a feature only for ccbill WEBADMIN, not the affiliateadmin I think!

Personally i use Word's mail merge but it's getting problematic as my list grows fast these days

hire a coder, woj or borked, somebody, who can make a script that works off your members database, that will mass email them, providing a link that will change a value in their record saying "send no more emails" if they opt out, small project, shouldn't take much or cost much

roll your own and bundle it with PHPMailer - can't go wrong
