First time was I think around 1989/1990. Took them a long time to get to me.
5 o'clock in the morning the door bell rang and when I answered it found 5-6 policemen standing at the door with a search warrant. It was for producing porn and they just walked in and demanded I show them where the hardcore stuff was. I showed them the office, yes I worked from home in those days, and they started to fill up their bags with "evidence". I called my lawyer who arrived as they were leaving with everything they could stuff into their bags. They had gone through all my personal pictures with a fine tooth comb and even took the nude baby pictures I had. My baby and pictures most parents have. They were looking for anything to justify the warrant. My lawyer asked if there was anything that could get me into trouble from what they took and I said no. he advised me to wait. It was pretty scary and intimidating, anyone who thinks the police are there to help you, give you the benefit of the doubt and find the truth is kidding themselves. They are there to get an arrest and a follow up conviction. Waited 6 months before I got my lawyer to ask about all the stuff they had taken, he wrote to them and got a very vague reply. "It's still being examined and considered" 12 months later I was having problems doing a tax return and getting pressure from the tax man. Sent another letter to the police, with the tax mans demands for a return for the year. This got a response. 3 moths after the search EVERYTHING was taken to the incinerator to be destroyed. I was not informed, as it my rights, and everything was gone. Sent this to the tax man with a bank statement that showed a loss and told them to take it up with the police. Never paid tax for two years because of it and the tax man had no way of tracing where my money was, is or went. So a small silver lining, but lost a lot of good content. If you notice on the site there is nothing prior to 1989 on them. |

I was arrested in august of 2005 for felony posession of marijuana with attempt to distribute, and 2 counts of felony distribution of marijuana. I was leaving work around 11pm and got pulled over for not wearing my seatbelt, but I was wearing my seatbelt... Anyway the cop told me he was doing a K-9 scan of everyone he pulled over that night, which was bullshit, and when the dog hit and he told me to get out of the car 3 undercover cops came running from across the street and greeted me by my first name.
They tried to get me to give up 3 people in exchange for all of my charges to be dropped, made all sorts of threats including taking my car away to which I replied that I still owed a bit of money on the car, and didnt really like it much anyway... Long story short I didnt snitch, and I ended up pleading guilty to the felony posession with attempt to distribute, and since I plead guilty they dropped the 2 felony distro charges, and I got Probation Before Judgement, so in about a year and a half the whole thing will be erased from my record. I was 18 when this happend, and its pretty fucking lame that I was almost a triple felon when I wasnt even old enough to drink, especially since it was over something as harmless as marijuana. So, now I can sell interracial creampie midget porn instead

First time that I got arrested I was 14... shoplifting haha
2nd time was when I was 17. My cousin was over one day and he went downstairs and found guns that my dad had (a 303 and a .25 which was an old gun and kind of like a 22), he took the .25 out and loaded it and started shooting at a boarded window we had in the basement at the time.. I heard gun shots so I went to check what was going on.. Without going into full details I started shooting the guns than my brother came down and joined in. We we're thinking about what the neighbors would think or do and what we didn't realize is that the bullets were going through the boarded window , hitting the house next door, going in through their living room etc.. their house is about 100 feet from mine. Anyway, they called the cops.. Needless to say, we had EVERY cop at my house swat team and all.. All roads by my house were blocked, they had snipers on the roof of my garage and all that shit.. At this point we still had no idea that there were cops anywhere.. We were upstairs listening to music (Babylon A.D.) when the phone rang.. My sister answered the phone and yelled out "Al (that's me), it's the cops on the phone and they want to talk to you" I was like "ya, whatever.. the cops haha" so I pick up the phone and say "Hello pig, what the fuck do you want"... Well, to my surprise the person on the man on the other end says "Hi, the is constible bla bla.. Are you aware of what's going on?". Now I was like "oh fuck". Sure enough, the music we had on was on a song with the following lyrics being sang at the exact point that I was on the phone with the coyou fucking cop you'll never take me down you'll never take me alive this is my night I'm the law lol great timing So anyway, the cop starts asking me stupid things like if I liked nintendo and shit like that.. After that he told me "I want everyone that's in the house to come out.. youngest first, oldest last and also turn on every light in the house" So I told my brother and sister what the cop wanted and also told my sister (she was 11 or so at the time) not to tell the cop ANYTHING.. (of course, she told them everything.) Ok, so my sister wnet out and my brother too. Now it was my turn.. I put my shoes on, no coat and wearing pants full of holes (it was winter and there was a shit load of snow out there).. I step out the door and here "PUT YOUR HANDS UP AND WALK TOWARDS MY VOICE". Well, I though that the vice was cominng from the road so I start walking slowly to the street with my hands up.. Here come a cop dog running at me... I was like "holy fuck!!!". A second after I hear "NOT THAT WAY,. COME TOWARDS THE GARAGE" ok, so I turn around and slowly walk towards the garage then I hear "OK, STOP RIGHT THERE.. PUT YOUR PACK TO THE GARAGE, GET ON YOUR KNEES AND WALK TOWARDS US BACKWARDS WITH YOUR HANDS STILL UP" Now I'm feeling like I joined the fucking circus haha. I was also getting pretty fucking cold since I was walking on my knees in the snow wil holy pants, no coat, no glove/mitts and shoes.. I finally get to the garage and I feel a hand stop me. The lift me and turn me around and what do I see? A fucking assault rifly pointed at my head... less then 5 inches away. After that they cuffed me and made me walk though my back yard and then through their neighbor in the back's yard (the snow was about 3 feet deep there) finally, we get to the street next to mine, the cop opens the door and I go into the cruiser where my bro and sis were. after that about 20 cops went into my house and messed up all my shit. winter boots on, snow, mud and water all over the fucking place and to top it off they stole my fucking cigarettes lol.. oh and we were sitting in the cruiser for 45 minutes at the same place, than we moved about 10 feet, stayed there for 10 minutes, moved abouth 30 feet or so, stayed there for 10 minutes.. finally we were back in front on my house. I though just maybe they will let us go since no one was hurt haha.. WRONG! After about 25 minutes we drove off and we were taken to the cop station.. we were (me and my brother) charged with unlawful use of a firearm.. We got of with 1 year probation and 25 hours of community service thanx to our lawyer. My cousin who was there at first left prior to any cops having showed up so he didn't get charged the fucking prick. That's the short version of that story.

I was once trying to brake into bank but then security guard cought me and i was say i didnt do anything so he leave me then fortunatly.That was long time ago i think if i would repeat that then they will probaly call police.

Our licensing branch of our government was on strike. During that time personalized license plates I had ordered arrived with instructions to bring them in to be activated. I brought them in and the women said to put them on the car, so I did.
Several days later I was about a block from home driving with my daughter when I pass a cop going the other way. He immediately turns around and pulls me over. He asks for my drivers licence, goes to his car...few minutes later he comes back and takes a flash light to where the VIN number is, writes it down...back to his car. He then comes back and says "where did you get these licence plates from? I told him I ordered them...he told me I was lying...I told him I was not. He asked me who the car belonged to, I told him me. At that point 2 unmarked cars show up, the cops get out. They threaten to arrest me for stealing a car. I told them politely,, that if they checked my drivers license against the VIN like I think they already did, they would see I was the owner of the car. They demanded to know who I stole, purchased the plates off of. I told them I got them the old fashioned way, I ordered them and paid for them. At this point my daughter is in hysterics. They told me either tell them what they wanted to know or they would arrest me in front of my daughter. I finally convinced one of the cops to follow me home and I ran inside and gave him the receipt I had for the purchase of the licence plates along with the envelope they shipped them to me in. He left on agreement that I get things straighted out. Ends up ALL police were notified the database could not be updated during the strike and to leave people alone, apparently they did not read their emails. After a formal complaint all 3 police officers were written up, meaning their actions/harassment of me were noted in their personnel files. |

I guess I was SORT of arrested once. When I was living in Calgary I was taking the c-train (sort of like the subway but aboveground), and I lost my ticket. Just so happened that was when the ticket officer came. He didn't believe that I had lost my ticket, so he issued me a $150 offence for not having a proper pass to be on the train. Fine, I was pissed but no big deal. Shortly thereafter my wallet (with the ticket in it) was stolen, and in the midst of running around to replace my ID, I forgot about the ticket. A few months later I get a phonecall from the police saynig they've issued a warrent for my arrest (OVER A BUS TICKET?) and that if I came in today to pay it, there would be no other issues. So fine, I got the money out of the bank and went down to the cop shop to pay my fine. This is where things get ridiculous.
I went in and told them what had been told to me by the officer on the phone, his name, etc. Apparently he was at lunch. I told them I just wanted to pay my fine, he said he was giving one day, etc. What did they do? They threw me in a holding cell. I was ready to go to an interview that day, so I was hella pissed, but I had no idea what the proceedure was. Well, as I'm sitting there (dressed up nice and PROFESSIONALLY as I had an interview at an oil company), the two cops sitting outside my cell started laughign and making fun of my name (Treasure Hunt isn't exactly normal). Then they started asking if I was a hooker and in for turning tricks with a name like that. I was fucking BEYOND furious. I came down VOLUNTARILY to pay my fucking fine and these assholes are sitting there making allegations (I was 18 at the time) and making fun of my name? NOT cool. So the other cop gets back from lunch and the guys stop. He seemed a little taken aback that the other guys put me in the holding cell, let me out, and I proceeded to pay my fine. When I told him what they had done he seemed pissed, and suggested I file a complaint. Believe me, I did, and shortly thereafter one of the officers was suspended without pay (apparently it wasn't his first "offence" of abuse), not sure what happened to the other guy, but I guess that's the closest thing I have to a TRUE arrest story. I was a shit-disturber as a kid, but I never got caught. :P |

vandalism when i was underage - my gang kinda went Clockwork Orange on this mean doctor who lived in the neighborhood - i knew it was coming - i saw undercover cops in the neighborhood for about a week - then one day the principal of my junior high pulled each one of us out of our classes and i knew what it was - my dad was pretty calm but my mother really flipped right out - i don't think Jeffrey Dahmer's mother reacted as badly.
also my best friend and I got arrested for public drunkeness in high school - right in our own neighborhood coming home from a party - we weren't even causing trouble or making much noise - my friend i think took a leak on somebody's lawn but i don't think anybody saw that.

Never arrested, but I have felt the heavy hand of the law several times.
During the late sixties I ran a fund to pay the fines of people arrested at (anti-Vietnam) demonstrations. That made me really popular with the local constabulary and it became amazing how often - almost every time I left my house - I "fitted the description" of someone they were looking for. The most embarassing occasion was when I was frisked outside Woolworth on a busy Saturday morning. Enough was enough after being stopped twice in one evening and getting home to find three police cars, lights flashing, parked outside. My father was a lawyer and after that he threatened to sue them if there was further harassment, which resulted in me once again having an innocent, or at least an anonymous face You are or were located in the East End, so you will remember the Krays and Richardsons. My first employers in London were the guys looking after the Richardsons' business while they were inside: that got me listed as an "associate of known criminals" and led to a few "interesting" interviews... |

Yes,I have been arrested on more than one occasion.But only because Iam an idiot.
I was on my way to work one afternoon and stopped at a local car lot to check out a custom that they were selling.I was actually doing manual labor at the time so I was driving my work car ( 1988 Monte Carlo ) and was looking like a bum.I got out and started asking the owner questions About the car and he was a total cack to me.He told me he didn't have time to fool with dreamers and I didn't look as if I could afford it So with that I left.That same weekend I went back to the lot only about 3 days later only this time driving my 60K dollar sports car and before I could get out of my fucking car this dick was like I got the perfect car for you Sir.This fucking Ass Clown took me into his garage and showed me the same fucking car I had ask about a few days earlier.I guess he didnt recognize me since I was dressed a little different and was driving a nicer car.But it pissed me off thaat this ass judged me based on my appearance.This fuck didnt know my financial situation.So this ate at me for a couple days until finally I snapped went to his lot one night broke in got the key .pulled the car away from his shop ,sprinkled it with gasoline and threw a match in that mother fucker...They had me on cam so I was busted.But the look on they guys face was worth it. |

That was it - I went up to him and quietly whispered, "Asshole - since you are responsible for the return of this content - do it. Our removal men have just quit". He flusters and shuffles his papers and we all leave the court and let the law return the boxes with their transport. BTW Paul... not sure in your instance, but there is not usually arrests for that kinda stuff - they are not permitted to make judgements on any content - simply refer it to the DPP for his judgement on whether to take further action. And totally agree - don't they try very hard to justify the warrant, especially if they can't really find anything interesting

Too many assault(some with weapon) charges that have been dismissed. Pretty easy for a little guy to argue reasonable force in front of the judge, when the aggessor out weighs them by +100lbs.
Had an interesting experience in college. One of my roommates taking cinematography was making a short film for a class project at the aparment. One of the neighbors called the cops. They knocked on the door but didn't want to talk in the apartment with all the floodlights and cameras running. They thought we were making porn movies.
