First time that I got arrested I was 14... shoplifting haha

2nd time was when I was 17. My cousin was over one day and he went downstairs and found guns that my dad had (a 303 and a .25 which was an old gun and kind of like a 22), he took the .25 out and loaded it and started shooting at a boarded window we had in the basement at the time.. I heard gun shots so I went to check what was going on.. Without going into full details I started shooting the guns than my brother came down and joined in. We we're thinking about what the neighbors would think or do and what we didn't realize is that the bullets were going through the boarded window , hitting the house next door, going in through their living room etc.. their house is about 100 feet from mine.

Anyway, they called the cops.. Needless to say, we had EVERY cop at my house swat team and all.. All roads by my house were blocked, they had snipers on the roof of my garage and all that shit.. At this point we still had no idea that there were cops anywhere.. We were upstairs listening to music (Babylon A.D.) when the phone rang.. My sister answered the phone and yelled out "Al (that's me), it's the cops on the phone and they want to talk to you" I was like "ya, whatever.. the cops haha" so I pick up the phone and say "Hello pig, what the fuck do you want"... Well, to my surprise the person on the man on the other end says "Hi, the is constible bla bla.. Are you aware of what's going on?". Now I was like "oh fuck".

Sure enough, the music we had on was on a song with the following lyrics being sang at the exact point that I was on the phone with the coyou fucking cop
you'll never take me down
you'll never take me alive

I'm the law

lol great timing

So anyway, the cop starts asking me stupid things like if I liked nintendo and shit like that.. After that he told me "I want everyone that's in the house to come out.. youngest first, oldest last and also turn on every light in the house"

So I told my brother and sister what the cop wanted and also told my sister (she was 11 or so at the time) not to tell the cop ANYTHING.. (of course, she told them everything.)

Ok, so my sister wnet out and my brother too. Now it was my turn.. I put my shoes on, no coat and wearing pants full of holes (it was winter and there was a shit load of snow out there).. I step out the door and here "PUT YOUR HANDS UP AND WALK TOWARDS MY VOICE".

Well, I though that the vice was cominng from the road so I start walking slowly to the street with my hands up.. Here come a cop dog running at me... I was like "holy fuck!!!". A second after I hear "NOT THAT WAY,. COME TOWARDS THE GARAGE"

ok, so I turn around and slowly walk towards the garage then I hear "OK, STOP RIGHT THERE.. PUT YOUR PACK TO THE GARAGE, GET ON YOUR KNEES AND WALK TOWARDS US BACKWARDS WITH YOUR HANDS STILL UP" Now I'm feeling like I joined the fucking circus haha. I was also getting pretty fucking cold since I was walking on my knees in the snow wil holy pants, no coat, no glove/mitts and shoes.. I finally get to the garage and I feel a hand stop me. The lift me and turn me around and what do I see? A fucking assault rifly pointed at my head... less then 5 inches away.

After that they cuffed me and made me walk though my back yard and then through their neighbor in the back's yard (the snow was about 3 feet deep there) finally, we get to the street next to mine, the cop opens the door and I go into the cruiser where my bro and sis were.

after that about 20 cops went into my house and messed up all my shit. winter boots on, snow, mud and water all over the fucking place and to top it off they stole my fucking cigarettes lol..

oh and we were sitting in the cruiser for 45 minutes at the same place, than we moved about 10 feet, stayed there for 10 minutes, moved abouth 30 feet or so, stayed there for 10 minutes.. finally we were back in front on my house. I though just maybe they will let us go since no one was hurt haha.. WRONG!

After about 25 minutes we drove off and we were taken to the cop station.. we were (me and my brother) charged with unlawful use of a firearm.. We got of with 1 year probation and 25 hours of community service thanx to our lawyer.

My cousin who was there at first left prior to any cops having showed up so he didn't get charged the fucking prick.

That's the short version of that story.
